Family Business unlikely to be finished

Someone posted a comment on an earlier post asking if The Family Business was going to be finished. I also had this comment sent through anonymously from Literotica:

Glad to see you're still around!  Love your stories!  Would really love to see The Family Business story finished up!  Keep up the great writing!  You're really talented!

I think it's unlikely I'll finish The Family Business. I haven't looked at it for a number of years and, as the characters and story weren't originally mine, I find it tough to find the motivation to pick it up especially as I'm only just finding the motivation to continue my own stuff.

So this is just a note to say while I appreciate the interest and know it's tough when a story you enjoy is left unfinished, I think this one is likely to remain as is.

Stories Update

I'm going to try and give an update at the start of each month as to where I am with the stories I'm writing so if nothing else, you can see what's going on.

As I said in the last update, I aim for about 4,000 words per story.

• Kara Lofts and the Three Quests Ch 3 - 3,300 words done
• Untitled Erotic Horror Ch 2 - 350 words (just started)
• New Neighbours - Ch 1 completed

This means I have two stories in the bag (Ch 1 of the untitled erotic horror, and Ch 1 of New Neighbours)

I'm planning to wait until the stories are finished and then post the chapters rather than run the risk of posting chapter 1 now and then shit happening in my life that means it's months or years before it gets finished.

Story Update

 Three stories on the go at the moment:

• Kara Lofts and the Three Quests Ch 3 - 1500 words done
• Untitled Erotic Horror Ch 1 - completed
• New Neighbours (working title)- just started so 500 words done

Most of my stuff ends up around 4000 words which gives you some indication of where I am with things.

Pages At The Top Of The Blog

As I've started writing a little again I figured I'd do something I've been meaning to for some time. Over the last year, I've editing most of my old stories to fit them in with the connected world that's sort of grown up over the years I was writing.

Long time readers have picked up on a few connecting people or things -- like the Jay's Sweet Things lingerie shop -- that have appeared in several stories, so where needed, I've just dropped in a few names and tidied things up. I realised for the longest time I had characters driving into "the city" without ever giving it a name, so I've come up with Springdale, which is a few miles south of the Holy Hills and the trailer park, and not too distant from the town of Wilbraham.

Not everything fits in, but there are still some connections linking most of my stories -- they're there to find, but they shouldn't get in the way of what are simple stroke stories.

With most stories edited, I've collected them up and put them in pages here. Just check the tabs at the top of the blog and you'll see the story titles. Click on them and you'll be taken to a page with the complete story rather than a chapter at a time like Literotica.

I'm not going to bother editing the stories that are already published over at Literotica as editing there is a real pain in the arse, so if you want the latest versions -- not that there's a great deal of difference in most of them -- you can find them here and nowhere else . . . at least until some shit copies and pastes them elsewhere!

New story submitted

 No idea who will see this as it's been over two years since I posted here but what the heck.

New Trailer Park Tales story sent to Literotica today -- hopefully will be posted in a couple of days.

Also working on a new story -- chapter 1 is done but not going to submit it until I've completed the whole thing. It'll tie in with a handful of my other tales and is going to fit into the Erotic Horror category even though that gets next to no views in comparison with the Incest/Taboo stuff that I normally write.

Alongside that, I'm writing the next chapter in Kara Lofts Adventures which I've had in my head for about three years but not had the time to do.

More news as it happens.

One House, Two Families -- final chapter submitted

Yep, that's right -- I finally finished One House, Two Families, five years after the previous chapter was published on Literotica.

No idea who will see this as things are dead quiet around here but wanted to say to the handful of people who used to post, thanks for everything. My life's changed dramatically over the last couple of years and I think it's likely that One House, Two Families Chapter 4 will be my swan song. I simply don't have the time to write any more and not sure whether that will change any time soon.

It might -- never say never, as they say -- but I don't want to get anyone's hopes up.

There are plenty of other good writers out on Literotica so hopefully you'll have found some by now -- if you have and want to share, put a link in a comment on this post.
